THE ROLE

We are looking for SC Cleared, Management Consultants for a variety of Public Sector focused projects based mainly in London. You\'ll have a strong background in organisational strategy and transformation and will be used to be working in fast-paced, complex environments within this arena. You\'ll be customer focused and will partner with our clients as well as being curious and having a can-do attitude to ensure the best outcome.

You will be focussed on project delivery within a workstream but with the drive and capability to develop to eventually take ownership of a workstream within a complex client project. You\'ll have high attention to detail and work to ensure best practice.

We use data to underpin strategy, you must be competent at generating qualitative and quantative analysis using data from a variety of sources. Any potential risks should be flagged to mitigate them becoming an issue.

You\'ll have the confidence to run workshops, focus groups and to present to an audience.

You must be able to demonstrate the ability to build meaningful relationships with numerous levels of both external stakeholders alongside key internal teams. We can help you develop your ability to adapt your communication style to ensure the most effective outcome.

You\'ll have SC Clearance (or be SC clearable - you must be able to demonstrate you meet the criteria and have been resident in the UK for minimum of 5 years) with Management Consulting experience from a leading consulting firm, and have demonstrable capability in senior stakeholder management, organisation transformation, human operating model design and strategic communication. We are looking for individuals with either significant experience (3+ years) within the public sector arena.
