Construction Disputes Lawyer - Senior Associate / Partner

Overview:
Clayton Legal have been exclusively retained by a leading specialist law firm that exclusively focuses on construction disputes. The firm which was founded by a former partner from an elite city law firm, is well known in the market for managing some of the highest gravitas construction disputes. The firm has a strong client base that includes leading PLC`S.
The firm is going through expediential growth, so they are now looking to strategically approach either a Senior Associate or a lateral Partner. The firm is hiring to support it`s strategic growth plans.
You would be sponsored into the firm by the managing partner and would have shoulder to shoulder access to the managing partner both from a technical and day to day perspective.

The role
Joining the firm as either a Senior Associate / or Partner you will be responsible for independently managing your own case load. The firm has and continues to have an impeccable pipeline of cases so the client base is already established - so you will very much be at the forefront of managing case through the entire spectrum of the dispute process and long term you will also be appointed as a matter partner for a group of clients.
Furthermore, there is the opportunity to contribute to the firm\'s growth through generating your own work. The firm offers a platform in terms of structured mentoring for individuals who have the ambition to generate their own work.
