As a Senior Communications and Engagement Associate you will have responsibility for operational communications spanning four bank functions. As the bank scales-up, you will be building your own team and setting the strategic direction for operational communications. You will be a trusted advisor to the senior leadership, always ready to provide solutions and ideas for the best way to communicate, and able to challenge confidently.
You will be part of a fast-paced Internal Communications team within Chase UK\xe2\x80\x99s Customer Operations business. This is a digital bank like no other, which is why we are looking for someone with a depth of communications knowledge and expertise, but with a creative flair and growth mindset. We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for someone that can find new and innovative ways to keep our people informed and engaged, while delivering \xe2\x80\x98on brand\xe2\x80\x99 communications with our warm and friendly tone of voice.
