The Adults Partnership Commissioning team are a forward thinking and experienced service that coordinate a wide portfolio of projects for Medway Council and Kent and Medway Integrated Care Board.
We are looking for an enthusiastic commissioning officer to join our expert team that commission a wide range of adult services, on behalf of Medway residents The successful applicant will work closely with the programme lead to complete the full commissioning cycle, including contract management, and service design to inform future commissioning activity.
We are looking for applicants with experience in commissioning adult social care services, ideally with experience of contract management of community equipment services. We seek someone with enthusiasm to keep developing their existing commissioning and project management skills, to work on this project that adds real value to resident\'s lives.
These services are primarily focused on supporting and promoting independence so that people are able to remain at home. This will include supporting the development and delivery of integrated and whole system commissioning strategies that are based on outcome focused solutions.
