Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor, Birmingham, 3+ PQE

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigator for a regional powerhouse Legal 500 Law Firm. The successful candidate will be advising upon and dealing with a range of litigation to include court proceedings, arbitrations and expert determinations. The successful candidate will have their own case load to include high-value/complex litigation and require minimal supervision. This will include the likes of contractual and commercial disputes brought by social businesses, health and social care providers, registered providers, local authorities and charities. Experience of judicial review, defamation claims, social media/reputation related matters and data protection disputes would be welcome.
You will work within the Commercial Litigation Team across the entire litigation process to include working in specialist court divisions such as The Business and Property Courts and the Circuit Commercial Court.

The ideal candidate will have around 4 years+ PQE with sound experience of dealing with a variety of litigation matters. You will also be familiar with mediation and be able to hold a client\xe2\x80\x99s confidence, advising in relation to strategy, quantum and merits relating to any claim.
