, we're looking for a

Senior Observability Consultant

to join our team and help our clients unlock operational excellence.

In this role, you'll lead by example--guiding multidisciplinary teams, engaging with stakeholders, and getting hands-on with cutting-edge tech like Splunk and Elastic. You'll play a key role in architecting innovative solutions, onboarding complex data sources, and supporting the full lifecycle of Observability projects.

What You'll Do



Design, implement, and maintain robust Observability solutions using Splunk or Elastic Collaborate with customers to understand their data and infrastructure challenges Onboard and optimize complex data sources Lead conversations around architecture, tooling, and best practices Support pre-sales activities and assist with solution design Deliver training and support adoption of new technologies Stay up to date with the latest trends and tools in the Observability space

What You Bring



Expertise in Observability platforms (Splunk or Elastic) Experience managing client expectations and navigating complex requirements Strong background in cybersecurity platforms, especially CrowdStrike Proficient in scripting (Python, Bash) and writing regular expressions Familiarity with containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift) Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Certified in one or more Observability tools (Splunk, Elastic) Experience with tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, and Confluence A proactive, consultative approach and excellent communication skills
