About Us



Fantastic opportunity to join our rapidly growing team at Aspire Children Services. We provide an exceptional level of care for vulnerable children and young people aged 8-17 across the Greater Manchester area. Our home has received an Ofsted rated

Requirements


The successful candidates will have:

A good understanding of the Children's Home Regulations and Quality standards. A good understanding of the Ofsted process and good knowledge of all current Children's Legislation. Some knowledge around the needs of children and young people with EBD/autism/CSE/CRE/county lines, and the support services required to ensure their needs are fully met. Strong communication skills with an ability to lead on shift. Good character and integrity with resilience that matches the demands of this challenging role.

Essential Qualifications and Experience



Level 3 Diploma or equivalent in Children and Young People's Workforce. Full UK Driving Licence. Flexibility to work on a rota basis including sleep-ins. At least 2 years experience in the Residential Children's Services sector or a similar setting working with children with challenging behaviour. At least 1 year of experience leading shifts in a children's residential setting.

(dependent on experience), PLUS 60 per sleep
