We are a small recruitment business working with independent Restaurants, Gastro Pubs and Boutique Hotel businesses. We share our clients\' passion for fresh food served in stunning environments with the ultimate levels of customer service. Our client is an established Hotel and Spa company that operate a handful of exquisite countryside "resorts" and City Spas throughout the Home Counties and the Midlands. Each site represents the pinnacle of luxury and provides the best in Health and Beauty and this is reflected in the seasonally adjusted menus that feature the finest locally sourced ingredients. On their behalf, we are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie. Ideal candidates will have bags of drive and energy and be passionate about fresh food prepared to the highest standards. We are looking for a Senior Chef de Partie who:
- Is reliable, conscientious and punctual
- Has experience in busy fresh food kitchens
- Works well under pressure
- Is able to adhere to company standards and procedures
- Is capable of running his/her own section with speed and confidence
