Cullum Welch Court is part of Morden College a Charity dedicated to supporting older people. The home combines residential living with 24-hour expert care and support for individuals with complex health conditions, dementia, or palliative care needs.

The role:
As a Senior Care Worker, your purpose will be to provide residents with a \xe2\x80\x9cgood life\xe2\x80\x9d by promoting dignity, independence, choice and fulfilment within a policy of managed risk taking. You will provide a person cantered care to residents by assessing, monitoring and evaluating individual needs as well as providing comfort, security and making a difference to their daily lives. It\xe2\x80\x99s important that you not only promote mental health and physical wellbeing to residents aiming to maximise their independence and meaningful engagement but also that you are able to update and maintain accurate care plans, records, assessments and are able to communicate this with families, GP\xe2\x80\x99s and other professionals.
