Your role will involve:

\xf0\x9f\x93\x8b Allocating daily tasks within the care team.

\xf0\x9f\x92\x8a Administering medication with precision.

\xf0\x9f\xa7\x91\xe2\x80\x8d\xf0\x9f\xa4\x9d\xe2\x80\x8d\xf0\x9f\xa7\x91 Creating personalised service plans with a focus on person-centred care.

\xf0\x9f\x8c\x9f Promoting best practices.

\xf0\x9f\xa4\x9d Delivering high-quality care and support to residents with diverse needs.

Due to this post having access to children and/or vulnerable adults, the successful candidate will be required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service check. The job may require unsocial hours working including weekends and Bank Holidays. Payment arrangements will be detailed in any contract offer made.

Saturday and Sunday hours will be paid at plain time where it is part of your normal working pattern unless it is between 7pm and 7am, where enhanced rates of pay apply. Enhanced pay rates are paid for Bank Holiday working.
