About The Role
Senior Care Assistant.
Pay rate: \xc2\xa311.80 per hour.
Full & Part Time hours.
Shift Support Option 1 : 07.45 to 14.15 hrs & 13.45 to 20.00hrs.
Shift Support Option 2 : 07.45 to 20.00hrs .
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Care Assistant to join the team at Maiden Castle House, our state-of-the-art residential and dementia care in the historic County Town of Dorchester, Dorset.

- Work alongside a team of Care Assistants to ensure they are supported and have guidance throughout their shift

- Supporting residents to help them remain as independent as possible.

- Act as point of escalation for any incidents or events in the home

We want someone who can make a positive impact on the lives of our residents, you will need to be able to inspire and nurture your team to be at their best every day.
You\'ll have completed or be working towards an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
With your previous care experience you will have the knowledge and understanding of care planning and administering medication.
