About the Role:

Uralensis Innov8 is seeking an experienced and highly motivated

Senior C# Software Engineer

to take a

Lead Developer

position supporting a key client project.

The role involves a hands-on development focus while leading a small, collaborative team. You will be working on a

market-leading SaaS product

within the healthcare technology sector, with infrastructure hosted in a private Azure cloud environment.

This is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at

Victoria Works, Bolton

, and 3 days remote (flexibility available).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the ongoing development and enhancement of a

market-leading SaaS product

for a key healthcare client. Deliver high-quality, maintainable, and scalable C# code. Collaborate daily with a Business Analyst, developers, and QA teams to refine requirements and technical delivery. Work closely with cloud infrastructure teams operating in Azure. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code review support. Ensure seamless technical integrations across multiple internal products developed in PHP and Python. Stay current with industry trends to drive technical innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

10+ years' professional development experience

, gained within a

nationally recognized IT firm

. Extensive experience with C# and the .NET framework. Experience leading technical delivery within a development team. Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably Azure. Strong database skills (SQL Server). Awareness of interoperability with PHP and Python-based systems. Knowledge of healthcare, biomedical, or clinical systems is highly desirable. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
