Senior Business rates Billing Officer
My client in Northamptonshire is seeking a Senior Business Rates Billing Officer to join their team. The role: To be responsible for processing of the Business Rates schedules received from the Valuation Office Agency along with the more complex accounts and enquiries, often dealing with case escalation and giving advice to Business Rates Billing officers. Requirements: In depth experience of working in a Revenues environment, adopts a flexible approach to work, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Academy/Capita system is essential.
