Senior Business Development Manager, 4G/5G Connectivity Projects, \xc2\xa3100,000 - \xc2\xa3120,000 basic salary + Uncapped Commission (OTE \xc2\xa3200,000, Year 1) + Car Allowance + Death in Service + Healthcare + 9.5% Pension. Selling into large UK Commercial Real Estate. London winning large \xc2\xa3multimillion complex contracts.

This role is working for a major success story within the Digital Infrastructure industry, which has been established for over 20 years and is seen as a market leader in their specialist niche. They are viewed as the \'grown-ups\' of their sector, and they have been in their chosen niche for three times longer than any of their competitors.

This firm is backed by one of the largest investment companies in the World and has no boundaries to innovation and creativity. They are experts in 5G solutions and connectivity projects, are a trusted partner within the infrastructure market and are often asked to advise their industry on standards and best practices.

Due to expansion, they require a Senior Business Development Manager to focus on the Commercial Real Estate market in the UK, where you will have the full support of the commercial team and rub shoulders with industry experts daily.

Their commercial team consists of industry stalwarts and incredibly influential people who assist in getting your sales projects across the line, fighting for your success. It is a win-win sales role.

This role requires a true hunter of business development, someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial sales environment. Due to the commercial nature of real estate, the role requires an extremely astute salesperson who is a self-starter and prides themselves on making things happen. This person must have a positive can-do attitude with the ethos of \'getting it right\' for clients, every time.

Perhaps you are fed up in your current sales role where your product or solution is failing, or perhaps you wish to take that next step in your career working for a brand dominating their industry?

Ideally, you will have a background in selling a solution or product in the Commercial Real Estate market. Relevant backgrounds could include selling Network Infrastructure, Smart Building Software, Structured Cabling, IT Services, telecom infrastructure, Facilities Management or similar.

It does not matter what you have sold before, but what is important is that you are looking for a career move and not just a job.
