We are currently looking for experienced Business Development Managers to join our forever growing team. We are a company who specialises in a wide range of products but mainly voice, connectivity, business mobiles and network security. We work with leading business communications vendors such as 3CX, Microsoft, Zoom and Mitel. We are recruiting for a couple of Senior Business Development Managers to join our rapidly growing team.

Senior Business Development Manager

\xc2\xa340,000-\xc2\xa375,000 with uncapped OTE

Based in Bath

Travelling to and closing meetings with business\xe2\x80\x99s, \xc2\xa3500 car allowance OR company car, 24 days + bank holidays, 9:00-17:00 Monday to Friday, hybrid/remote working, pension, free onsite parking, quarterly and annual bonus as well as monthly commission.

The role

We are looking for experienced salespeople to fill our Senior Business Development Manager. A person who can build a pipeline as well as upsell on existing customers as well. Someone who is willing to meet clients face to face/have team\xe2\x80\x99s meetings to develop long-term relationships.

Skills and Experience Required

- Business to business sales experience in Unified Communications.

- Proven track record of delivering targets.

- Full UK Driving licence.

- Happy to travel.

- Ability to demonstrate adaptability.

- Ability to communicate effectively.

- Ability to demonstrate discipline.

- Ability to be driven and self-motivated.
