Meraki Talent is recruiting for a Lead Business Analyst for one of its Financial Services clients who are experiencing rapid growth. Our Glasgow City Centre based client and their diverse workforce use expert market knowledge to navigate clients through a constantly evolving market landscape. The role outlined below provides an excellent opportunity for a technically minded Lead / Senior BA to play a key role in shaping the direction of the function.

The role provides an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to join a growing company with a proven track record of success. The successful candidate will work across a broad agenda, engaging with all departments and working across multiple tasks simultaneously. This person should be an experienced and hands on Business Analyst with experience working in a regulated industry.

Responsibilities of the Lead Business Analyst:

• Focussed on delivering key change initiatives
• Working across a broad range of projects, sometimes one big one or multiple at once
• Engaging with a variety of teams, mainly Customer Service and IT as well as Finance, Actuarial, Compliance etc
• Taking a key role in developing methods relevant to the business\xe2\x80\x99 agenda and the use of these by colleagues such as SMEs

Background of the Lead Business Analyst:

• Proven experience working as a Lead or Senior Business Analyst
• Experience working in a regulated (FS, specifically Life & Pensions is desirable)
• Broad experience across business development, efficiency, risk, and IT driven change
• Comfortable in a people focussed environment and ability to take own initiative
