This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic BA with 5+ years\' experience who possesses exceptional problem-solving skills, and has the capability to prioritise tasks amidst a rapidly evolving industry. You will collaborate with both internal key stakeholders and external clients to proactively identify ways to enhance this company\'s bespoke travel insurance software system. It will be your responsibility to create and document the business regulations and architecture for any modifications, and present them in a way that is easy to understand for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a successful Business Analyst
• Strong academic background with a third-level degree, preferably in a business-related field
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or travel industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to establish meaningful relationships with clients
• Strong drive to excel professionally, guide and motivate others
• Experience in gathering, defining, and documenting business and solution requirements for introducing, enhancing, or replacing systems
• Experience analysing systems and procedures, designing and modeling processes, documenting assessments.
• Experience in Agile methodologies, user cases, and working closely with Product Owners
• Experience with stakeholder management and collaborating with development and testing teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client and user business needs
• Experience conducting business architecture reviews and defining business architecture strategies.
