We are excited to be working with Avison Young to find a Chartered or Senior Chartered Building Surveyor for the London Building Consultancy team. This is a top tier business and as such you will be working within a well-established team with highly experienced professionals who are empowered and invested in the success of the business.

Avison Young is a global business with an agile team who provide local market expertise across 17 countries within 100+ offices and over 5,00 real estate professionals. The London Building Consultancy team has over 40 in the team and are working on some of the UK\xe2\x80\x99s highest-profile properties and complex construction projects.

As a Building Surveyor within the Building Consultancy team, you will work across a broad range of sectors for both owner and occupier clients including industrial, commercial offices, leisure, hospitality, healthcare, arts and culture, retail and life sciences. You will have a great mix of professional services and projects to work on, and the way the instructions are distributed means you will get a real range of work across different clients and sectors. Everyone is encouraged to build client relationships, and if you want to specialise in one particular area then that\xe2\x80\x99s ok too.
