Job Description

An experienced and adaptable Senior Building Surveyor, is now needed to join a reputable and successful Building Consultancy, in their London offices.

The Senior Building Surveyors role

As the new Senior Building Surveyor, you will join an established team of 10 other Building Surveyors of different levels. You will actively manage, delegate and support junior Surveyors, whilst overseeing their APC progress, alongside the Director.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will work on a broad spectrum of work, with autonomy to focus on specific specialisms and creating a team around it, in the future. Clients are across multiple sectors and you will be involved in the new business development, for new clients.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will have?

• MRICS
• RICS accredited degree
• 4+ years with a private practice/consultancy
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
• Good, wide spread experience across professional and project services
• Comfortable or experience in new business development
