Senior Building Surveyor
Job Description
A growing Building Surveying consultancy is now looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join their Birmingham office.
The Senior Building Surveyor\'s role
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will take on a varied role providing support to the Surveying team on a wide range of projects, including insurance work, primarily residential and commercial buildings in all forms of construction.
As the successful Senior Building Surveyor, your main duties will include party wall matters, contract administration and producing defect reports. You will undertake large value projects independently with knowledge on all aspects of professional consultancy services.
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will have?
- MRICS accreditation ideally
- BSc/ MSc in Building Surveying or a RICS accredited degree
- Experience with dilapidations and party wall would be beneficial
- Effective communication, both written and verbal
- Management experience would be beneficial
- Full understanding of health and safety requirements
- \xc2\xa350,000-\xc2\xa360,000
- Up to 7.5% pension
