Who We Are Looking For:
ConcentricLife is seeking a
Brand Strategist / Senior Brand Strategist
to join our London-based team, who will be responsible for creating insights-driven marketing strategies for our health & wellness global clients. We are looking for an innovative, thought provoking strategist who will drive strategic development, who is prepared to roll up their sleeves and partner with our full strategy, account, creative, and production team talents.
Reporting to a Brand Strategy Director, the ideal candidate will utilise a diverse set of qualities, such as curiosity, creative problem-solving skills, attention to detail, intellectual hypothesis generation, determination, and creativity. You will have a demonstrable passion for designing smart, intuitive, and human-centered solutions powered by data and insights, developing engaging, impactful and authentic stories which activate our teams, our clients, and ultimately their customers.
What You Will Do:
Proactively propose people-oriented strategies to help clients achieve their goals by studying their challenges, shaping their insights mining, learnings, and strategy formulations
Serve in client-facing capacity for consumer/HCP strategic planning efforts
Guide market research and insights-gathering efforts that uncover customer experience implications
Activate culturally relevant strategies and recommendations
Develop strategic presentations with a focus on coherent, cogent and compelling storytelling and clear application: Including consumer segmentation, cohort analysis, doctor-patient dialogue, and extended care team/caregiver efforts
Lead and guide workshop design, facilitation, and output, engaging cross-functional teams as needed
Collaborate with engagement, account, production, and creative teams to ensure that strategies are insights-led and properly integrated within the larger marketing program
Collaborate with and guide the executional teams during the development of projects to ensure strategies are pulled through effectively during development and handoff
Collaborate with the Engagement team on the development of annual tactical plans including innovative idea generation, insights application, and driving solutions and partnerships with cross-functional teams
Support thought leadership efforts for internal teams and clients and be a champion for strategic best practices
Partner with the broader strategy team to contribute to the development of pitches, proposals & POVs, strategies, and recommendations that satisfy the business goals of our prospective clients and beyond
Stay up-to-date on market trends, cultural shifts, and strategic initiatives in health and wellness and across other key verticals, promoting innovative and acting as an ongoing evangelist for alternative approaches
What You Bring:
2-5 years of experience using strategic thinking to elevate brands, with a comfort and familiarity with the healthcare, pharma or medical space (HCP and consumer)
Proficiency in understanding qualitive and quantitative research
Dynamic presentation skills and ability to command conversations in a room
Proven ability to build creative ideas with cross-functional teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage deadlines
Ability to tell a simple story visually and verbally
A drive to elevate thinking and the work
