As a
Senior Brand Manager
within our Marketing & Digital team, you'll lead brand and marketing strategies for our business merchant
Keyline Civil Specialists.
You'll also develop customer value propositions and drive impactful marketing plans. You'll work cross-functionally to champion the voice of the customer and deliver growth.
Our Travis Perkins Group Marketing & Digital team combines strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution - and we're looking for someone who brings both.
Location: You would be expected to travel to our Head Office once or twice a week based in Duston, Northamptonshire.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver customer-centric marketing strategies aligned to commercial goals.
Represent the customer voice across the business's Senior Leadership Team.
Manage priorities and resources to ensure timely and relevant execution of marketing plans.
Oversee the activity of external PR and social media agencies.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for campaign optimisation.
Ensure content across key platforms, especially web, remains relevant and on-brand.
Collaborate across teams and functions to align marketing activities.
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across the business.
Support the business with trade marketing activities, including JIF fund management.

Along with the above, you'll also have:
Desirable to have a degree in Marketing or Business.
Previous experience in strategic marketing roles.
Strong project management and campaign planning experience.
Event and marketing production experience.
Proven ability to brief and manage external agencies.
Ability to interpret data to optimise marketing strategies and present back results to stakeholders.
To be a strong leader; to manage and develop a team.
Familiarity working in a large organisation and navigating cross-functional priorities.
