JKS are seeking a Senior Brand Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be friendly, personable and passionate about all things food and drink. As Senior Brand Manager you and the team will be responsible for overseeing marketing, brand and design for our award-winning Indian restaurants (Gymkhana, 42, Trishna, Brigadiers, Ambassadors Clubhouse & Ambassy)
This role involves developing and executing marketing strategy for the brand that will translate globally and deliver results both commercially and creatively. You will mange the execution of all marketing activities.

The Position
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Brand Manager to manage the day to day marketing function with us at JKS Indian Restaurants. The successful candidate will have previous experience marketing for a premium London dining concept.
Develop and implement a brand and partnerships strategy that will grow the JKS Indian restaurants into market leading global brands
Build a comprehensive annual brand marketing roadmap that will support both the growth objectives of each individual restaurant and the brands as a whole
Lead the execution and implementation of brand and marketing initiatives, enabling the Marketing Team to hit long-term and short-term goals
Work with creative, design and videography teams both internal and freelance to create innovate brand collateral and campaigns which stand out in the market
Manage junior Marketing team members taking responsibility for their contribution to the successful execution of brand and marketing strategies as well as their professional development
Manage PR agency partners and ensure they are meeting objectives, providing demonstrable ROI
Strategise and executive new brand launch marketing plans
Strategise, secure and execute creative brand collaborations and partnerships. Be able to create relationships with other leading brands that share our values and make them a reality
Strategise and secure commercial media partnership opportunities for the brands and brand founders
Work with stakeholders and partners across the company to execute marketing, communications and press plans
Work collaboratively with the team to define measurable metrics for brand value and use them to judge the success of brand marketing efforts
Own the marketing and PR budgets with responsibility to demonstrate incremental & positive return on investment
Experience with CRM - creating campaigns, automations and using website CMS systems and regularly updating websites
Own and ensure that brand initiatives are contributing to the commercial success of the business. Be able to demonstrate how brand initiatives are helping drive increased covers and top-line sales
Continually measure success through key performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analysis, campaign results and consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights for the team
Have P&L accountability be able to demonstrate how brand strength and activities are contributing to sales
Oversee brand, marketing, community engagement, content, social media and events
Occasionally support other JKS brands as required
Who You Are-
Growth mindset with proven track record of developing and embodying a culture of rapid experimentation and continuous learning

Commercially driven
A compelling writer able to translate raw ideas from stake holders into narrative brand copy that drives engagement and results
Minimum 5 years experience in brand forward marketing role at a consumer facing brand in the premium / luxury space (experience in food and beverage or other hospitality a plus)
A passion for restaurants and a keen knowledge of the London scene and global landscape
A proven ability to manage teams in a fast-moving, multi-layered business
Ability to manage a large number of stakeholders
Ability to manage and plan at both the strategic and operational levels
Critical thinking, strategic acumen, and market insight
Experience working on an international brand a plus
Experience with Adobe or other creative tools and paid media is a plus
You will need to have a broad knowledge of marketing across multi-platforms: print, digital, video, social media and press
