Senior Brand Manager

Job Description
We are working with an ambitious healthy snacking company that has quickly doubled in growth and are hoping to do it again! Backed by a well-known international parent company, they are now sold in all UK supermarkets and internationally, giving them the space to expand their portfolio. They are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to build the brand through delivering content and communications, community activity, and new product development and launches.
The Senior Brand Manager will:
- Lead and implement consumer activations plans
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvements across the product portfolio and continually analyse performance
- Deliver NPD launches with go-to-market plans, working cross-functionally with product development, sales, and category from conception to launch
- Own all content development and community management
- Develop consumer insight projects, keeping on top of relevant innovation and consumer insights
- Previous FMCG Brand marketing experience working on through the line campaigns
- Experience in product management and launch
- Experience with owned media content development, and social media scheduling
- Cross-functional project management skills
- Experience with analytical tools and drawing out insights from data
- You will be passionate, motivated and bring energy to the brand and what you do through a growth mindset
