We have a rare opportunity for an exceptional Senior Brand Experience Manager to join the General Mills Marketing team on the biggest and most established brand in the business, Old El Paso, to drive transformational change in the brand growth trajectory.What your role is:As a key leader within the UK Brand Team, you will be a highly visible brand champion and the voice of the consumer. You will leverage and hone your expertise in brand experience competencies including strategy building, media/campaign planning, retail media planning, creative deployment and consumer outreach.You will develop local marketing strategies that deliver brand equity, consumer penetration, and market-leading business resultsxe2x80x94planning and executing impactful cross-channel campaigns.
