The Senior Brand Marketing Manager will lead the development and roll-out of EMEA regional brand marketing campaigns for Disney+. The focus, and measurement of success, is to build brand saliency, awareness, and consideration of Disney+. The individual will report directly to the EMEA Brand Marketing Director, and will directly manage a Marketing Supervisor and Marketing Coordinator. They will be responsible for developing the campaign strategy for some of Disney+\xe2\x80\x99s most high profile campaigns and will work with the Senior Brand Strategy Manager to develop the brand and communications strategy for Disney+ in EMEA. They will collaborate with local marketing teams to deliver campaigns across 70 markets building a consistent and compelling brand tone of voice.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Develop and deliver industry-leading, insight-driven, innovative, differentiated & effective brand campaigns to markets for local amplification and activation.
  • Responsible for setting campaign objectives, allocating budget, compiling the media brief/strategy and execution for n brand campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Disney+ creative team, as well as supporting agencies, on the creative development, production, and execution of brand campaign vehicles, ensuring consistency in the look and feel, brand personality and TOV.
  • Work closely with the Disney+ Insights & Analytics team to ensure all campaigns are built from consumer insight and previous learnings.
  • Work with the Director to set the cadence and weight of brand campaigns across the year, and with each local marketing team to feed into adaptations by market.
  • Work closely with Publicis Imagine on developing and delivering regional media guidelines for each new campaign and the broader Disney+ media strategy.
  • Lead the brand planning milestones for campaigns and post campaign analysis.
  • Share local market amplification of regional campaigns for potential share and reapply and receive feedback to create recommendations on how to improve regional brand campaign toolkits for the future.
  • Detailed campaign budget management and supporting the Director with annual and quarterly financial planning.
  • Track key stakeholders on the delivery and approval of assets on time so that the Director can escalate and / or hold the stakeholders to account.
  • Become a key point of contact for local marketing brand campaign requirements and strategy.
  • Lead cross functional team on brand campaigns across Performance Marketing, Social Media, Partnerships, Customer, PR and communications. Work with the EMEA Content marketing teams to ensure regional campaign strategies and plans are aligned, integrated and amplified accordingly.
  • Represent the brand marketing team within regional XLOB meetings and recommend opportunities which will help enhance the Disney+ brand and accelerate growth.
Experience and Professional Qualifications Required
  • Experience at a senior marketing manager level
  • Experience with marketing brands within the Entertainment industry (preferably SVOD)
  • Experience with developing and deploying brand campaigns and communication
  • strategies
  • EMEA regional experience including understanding market environment, communications
  • and cultural nuances
  • Ability to oversee and manage high impact, large budget end to end marketing campaigns across multiple touchpoints Media, creative agency and production team experience including writing inspirational briefs
