What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do for us
The Senior Brand Communications Manager develops and implements Brand Communications plans for a variety of stakeholders in Europe: media, consumers and communities, with a clear focus to support business growth, promoting the brands\xe2\x80\x99 and Company\xe2\x80\x99s purpose
Partners with Brand Teams and Integrated Marketing Experience Teams in Europe on priority initiatives, driving consistency of messaging, innovation and continuous learning to maximize the reach and impact of Brand Communications
Coordinates with market teams in Europe in the implementation of Brand Communications plans and helps the operation deploy them
Coordinates with the global Brand PR team on initiatives, ensuring the reflection of European priorities in global Communications plans
Provides expert input to Marketing and market campaigns/initiatives from a Public Affairs, Communications and Sustainability perspective, making sure that our brand messages are in line with our corporate messages and with our Company\xe2\x80\x99s purpose
Coordinates with other areas of the function and with other functions on KPIs and metrics to measure the success of Brand Communications and Company Brand initiatives.
Goals and/or strategies focus on both short-term and mid-term priorities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Relevant experience in Communications, Brand PR, Media, and Journalism, including roles that ideally involve Marketing and responsibility for Brand Communications.
Business, commercial, marketing acumen
Direct experience with marketing, agencies and TCCC stakeholders , such as bottling companies or retail
Strong leadership capabilities to provide strategic support and input to marketing and market initiatives
Experience working in large operating units
Experience working in agile, cross-functional and cross-geographical teams
Mastery of:
Effective, clear and meticulous writing skills with obsessive attention to detail
Solid experience in providing Brand Communications for brands/companies
Collaborative, network-oriented mindset, experience with stakeholder management
Previous experience in working with other functions, such as marketing
Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communications skills
Strong ability to lead consensus and reach negotiated solutions
Broad expertise in:
Developing strategic communication plans and measuring their impact
Experiences in media, public policy, digital or social media
Storytelling and social media skills
Marketing and operations
Demonstrated experience in driving agreement within an organization (Marketing/market)
Travel requirements: 30%
