The role:

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a

Senior Bookings Agent

to join our outstanding team. You will be responsible for converting warm leads to sales through a direct sales approach. As well as driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline, you will provide first class service to our valued patients; handling both inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments and taking payments. You will work closely with our Patient Advisory Team to ensure patients have a world class experience from the moment they start their journey until it is completed.

What you'll need:

You'll have a proven track record of increasing sales revenues and meeting or exceeding personal targets. You will have previous experience managing, nurturing and converting warm leads into sales opportunities though both inbound and outbound call activity. You will have either previous multi-channel experience or a willingness to learn this skill, with the full training that we will provide.

Min. 3+ years sales & customer service experience, engaging with prospects and working to targets to successfully close sales You will have been used to working to strict KPI's and business targets, diligently managing your pipeline and actioning calls You will have been a key player in achieving financial goals within a sales department
