The management of the firm\xe2\x80\x99s flexible benefits plan, Flexcel, including benefits brokering and procurement, and management of third party suppliers/advisors, will form a central part of the role, as will research and analysis of the benefits market and the implementation of new benefits. The creation of benefits tools and materials and their delivery to both HR and the business will be a key deliverable as well as the provision of support and advice on benefits issues. Ongoing analysis and reporting of ROI is a critical objective for this role as is continued improvement in process design. In this busy and rewarding role, you will be the internal subject matter expert of our Pension Schemes and will work closely with Pension Fund Trustees, pension plan administrators and external pension lawyers to ensure our Schemes are both competitive and effective.
