Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in beauty treatments and customer service, ensuring that every client receives an exceptional experience. As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for providing a range of beauty services while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality beauty treatments, including waxing, eye brow shaping and tinting , eyelash extensions, Facials massage. Spray tanning gel polish Provide excellent customer service by welcoming clients and addressing their needs effectively. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries. Upsell beauty products and services to enhance client satisfaction and boost sales. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the treatment areas and front desk. Engage with clients on social media platforms to promote services and maintain an active online presence. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide tailored recommendations.

Experience

Previous experience in a beauty or salon environment is preferred but not essential. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and client satisfaction. Proficiency in makeup application techniques and knowledge of current beauty trends. Experience in managing social media accounts for promotional purposes is advantageous. Ability to upsell services while maintaining a positive rapport with clients. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients and team members.

Pay: 22,060.00-26,887.00 per year
