Job Summary:
We are seeking a senior bartender/shift supervisor to join our team at Our House. The ideal candidate will be organised, motivated, sociable and friendly, and have experience in the bar/pub trade. Service is at the heart of what we do at Our House, so it is important that you love creating an amazing customer experience and thrive in a bustling hospitality environment.

Duties:
- Ensure smooth running of the shift both as part of the team on weekends and occasionally solo on weekdays.
- Make cocktails and serve wines, beer & soft drinks.

- Take an interest in learning about the wines that we have on the menu, as well as developing cocktail knowledge.
- Manage daily stock take when working solo, or help with this when part of a team.
- Lead by example with great customer service and hospitality.
- Ensure a thorough bar clean and restock at the end of each shift.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the bar, both back of house and front of house.

Experience:

- Cocktail making is a must. If not already worked in a cocktail bar then be keen to learn quickly.
- The ideal candidate will have worked in a restaurant and bar setting before and have had some role in the organisation of the team.

- Table service experience is a bonus, as we are 90% table service and this is where we are able to help create the atmosphere that our customers love.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 11.44-14.00 per hour
