Jet Concierge Club (JCC) is one of the UK's fastest-growing business jet operators, renowned for its innovative approach and pioneering business model. Operating a large and rapidly expanding fleet of heavy jets, JCC is on track to reach a planned total of 30 aircraft.

To support our continued growth, we are seeking a highly motivated Senior Safety and Compliance Officer to join our team at Stansted Airport.

This is a full-time hybrid working position.

Key responsibilities:

Safety management - Supporting the safety manager with safety and hazard investigations, staff training and evaluation of risks with all operational areas of the business.

Compliance monitoring - Supporting the Compliance Monitoring Manager with internal and external audits across all operational areas, including flight operations, crew training, ground operations, and continuing airworthiness. Both internal and external audit processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

A minimum 3 years of relevant experience within an aircraft operational environment. Formal compliance/quality auditing experience within an aviation regulatory environment, with a proven ability to conduct thorough and effective audits. Experience of working within an aviation safety management system. Demonstrated ability to investigate, analyse, and provide solutions for operational safety challenges.

High levels of self-motivation and conscientiousness. A results-driven attitude, with a passion for continuous improvement in safety and operational standards.
Candidates must be UK-based.

Pay: 45,000.00-49,000.00 per year
