Client and project description:

Our client - a multinational telecommunications holding company is looking for the proficient and mature Senior Avaya Elite Engineer for participation in integration, implementation and support of the emergency services and associated contact center services project.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the technical solutions within the Avaya Cloud Solutions program
  • Propose secure, reliable, and scalable designs that meet the client\xe2\x80\x99s product offering
  • Own the technical solution design
  • Provide technical consultancy to all involved participants
  • Participate in delivery and implementation phases of the project
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of working experience with Core Avaya Aura including Communication Manager, System Manager, Session Manager, AES/CTI Integration, Media Servers, Media Gateways
  • UK SC/NPPV3 clearance is a must have
  • Deep hands-on experience with Avaya Call Center Elite implementation and call flows design
  • Expertise with Avaya Breeze, including IX Workplace Attendant
  • Comprehensive understanding of resiliency and redundancy
  • Familiarity with Avaya SIP/SBC, SIP/H323 endpoints
  • Working-on experience with call recording integration
  • Excellent communication and strong customer relationship experience
  • Certified to ACIS and ACSS in Core and Elite are nice-to have
