This firm specialises in advising multinational clients on substantial matters within the oil and gas, telecommunications, and renewable energy sectors. Renowned for expertise in Middle East and Africa projects, handling new financings and restructurings, and staying at the forefront of new and emerging technologies.

In this role, you will collaborate with globally acclaimed partners, contributing to innovative transactions on a global scale. Focus areas include oil and gas, natural resources, independent power, telecommunications, and infrastructure projects.

The practice is led by a top-tier global project finance lawyer who specialises in advising on groundbreaking deals in the industry. With extensive knowledge in international projects, energy, infrastructure financing, and debt capital markets, they provide valuable insights to the Islamic Finance Business Unit and Environmental Practice.

As a Senior Associate in Project Finance, you will actively engage in projects ranging from independent power and water initiatives to petrochemicals, LNG ventures, energy, and industrial sector financings, mining projects, as well as global satellite and telecommunications financing.
