What is the opportunity?

This is an exciting opportunity to join the UK Savings Business in a key role supporting the ongoing delivery of UK Bank Consumer Duty Agenda and our Customer ambition!

Location - candidate can be based in Belfast, Bristol or London

In this role you will:

• Support the Product Managers and broader UK Savings team in delivery of UK Personal Savings Product Governance matters including ensuring Product Lifecycle
• Review requirements are met and that processes evidence the risk management approach taken throughout each year.
• Regularly review, monitoring and maintenance of Product Governance documentation and tools to ensure the control environment supporting Consumer Duty is consistently embedded across UK Personal Savings business.

What will make you stand out?

• A top tier Financial Services professional with experience in UK Consumer regulatory product portfolio management and/or product & service governance or relevant 1st line risk function
• Demonstrable experience in project management, development of plans and effective execution in an accurately governed manner.
• Self starter able to take initiative, define annual roadmaps and plans and ensure delivery

Experience with any of the following will help you to stand out but is not vital in order to apply for this role:

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience in a business, customer led or numerate field desirable
• Experience of UK regulatory product portfolio management, go to Market lifecycle for new products/product changes and end to end (E2E) customer journeys

UK Personal Savings business is part of Savings & Lending business unit and hasfull profit & loss (P&L), customer experience, risk and regulatory responsibilities for all Consumer Savings products sold under Post Office and Bank of Ireland UK in the UK, including Northern Ireland.
