Senior Architectural Technician/Technologist

Oxford (Hybrid)

Are you a Senior Architectural Technician/Technologist? Are you proficient with Revit and AutoCAD? Are you looking to join a close-knit business, working on a variety of projects across multiple sectors?

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role at a similar level, with a great knowledge of Revit and experience with AutoCAD. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable working within a dynamic role based primarily from offices in Oxford.

The Role:
*Managing aspects of architectural and construction contracts.
*Focused on Project Delivery with the focus on design.
*Prepare and present design proposals using CAD techniques.
*Progression and training opportunities.
*Commercial and Business Development activities - proactive in the development of new business.
*Hybrid working, based primarily out of offices in Oxford.

The Person:
*Degree qualified or qualified through relevant Technician/Technologist experience.
*Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
*BIM Level 2 experience ideal.
*Experienced in building/construction environment both on and off site ideal.
*Looking to work within a close-knit dynamic team.
*Able to work from offices in Oxford a minimum of 4 days per week.
