Conrad Consulting are exclusively recruiting for one of the UK\'s most recognisable Architecture & Interior Design Practices who are looking to hire a seasoned Senior Architect to spearhead the design & project delivery of multiple mixed use residential developments on behalf of some on the UK\xe2\x80\x99S largest Real Estate Investment & development businesses.

Boasting a 30-year heritage our client are one of the UK\'s leading Architecture & Interior Design firms strategically located in a new contemporary Leeds studio and the city of London respectively, their multi-talented team consists of 45 full time design professionals with their Leeds office having one of the lowest turnover of staff in the Leeds region. Their staff are well looked after and a healthy work life balance is promoted, the practice have an established well-known brand for delivering quality, sustainable and award winning designs across all building sectors, people that work here a proud to have played a part in changing the landscape, particular in Leeds and other northern powerhouse cities & towns.

Their Leeds office headed up by two Directors and consists of 20 full time members of staff and incorporates a nice balance of Architects, Technologist\'s and Architectural Assistants, the majority of their project work is Master planning, Build to rent /PRS, Student Accommodation and Mixed use commercial & low level retail developments.

They now require an ambitious Senior level job running Project Architect, someone who is used to running their own Projects or a Senior Architect who has taken on wider team leadership responsibilities (7-10 years PQE is the sweet spot) to join a wider projects delivery team and assist in the successful Architectural Design and Technical delivery of various developer led commercial projects.

Specifically this is for an upcoming \xc2\xa3110m new build apartment scheme in Kirkstall and a 375 unit high rise mixed use residential scheme in Leeds city centre.

Ideally, they require a Senior Architect with several notable projects within their portfolio that they have delivered, this project is exclusively delivered using REVIT software so previous experience of delivering project work to BIM Level 2 standard would be very desirable. Alongside this they need someone who is a passionate and creative designer, has a good technical knowledge, an understanding of how building are constructed. You will also be a confident job runner with site based delivery experience, additionally they require someone who is confident presenting and has natural client facing and relationship building qualities. A solid amount of technical delivery experience is required and an in-depth knowledge of RIBA stages 4-7, there will also be exposure to some early stage conceptual and design work as new projects enter the drawing board in early 2023.

On offer for the Senior Architect is an excellent competitive starting salary depending on experience circa \xc2\xa345,000 - \xc2\xa350,000, agile flexible working policy to suit individual needs and a fully supportive management team, a direct route through to Associate level is also on offer for the right candidate.
