As a Senior Analyst, you\'ll be instrumental in providing crucial financial and non-financial reporting, analytics, and insights to our VP Sustainability and ESG, as well as our esteemed Chief Sustainability Officer.

Your mission? To ensure the smooth and timely flow of accurate metrics that empower informed decision-making and drive tangible results. With your expert touch, you\'ll manage and track all our environmental key performance indicators (KPIs), collaborating closely with cutting-edge internal systems to gather and analyse environmental data. Together, we\'ll make our sustainability objectives a reality.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage and track all environmental KPI\'s
• Work closely with BIS, PRISM and Onyx for all environmental data.
• Track progress to deliver Science Based Targets commitments toward Net Zero specific to scope 1&2
• Support data verification efforts and efforts for continuous improvement and enrichment.
• Deliver Scope 1-2 reductions in alignment with Smiths energy hierarchy
• Support the Energy Governance Committee while tracking energy usage across all Smiths sites through PRISM and Partners.
• Support the rollout and integration of software or tools to improve accuracy
• Embed sustainability into processes and decision making.
• Monitor and report on ESG metrics.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee sustainability projects and track progress.
• Manage stakeholder relationships.
• Build organizational capabilities.
• Foster cultural change.

• Able to deliver information at pace
• Excellent Excel skills
• Strong communication skills written and verbal
• Critical thinker, able to see the bigger picture
• Make changes to the process and continually improve as required
• Knowledge of SAP
