Job Description
I am currently working for a Real Estate Investment client looking to take on a senior analyst in their London office. They are a well-known Pan-European Real Estate Fund with a value-add investment strategy, investing across all assets and an AUM of \xe2\x82\xac15 billion.
They are looking to take on a qualified accountant looking to develop their understanding of the commercial Real Estate market, as a senior analyst to join their recently formed debt team. The new debt fund has a successful history in investing throughout Europe and has rapidly grown its own AUM to \xe2\x82\xac400 million and they are looking to bring someone on who can add to their growth during this exciting period.
The ideal candidate will have: * 2-4 years experience
- ACCA / ACA Qualification, or equivalent
- Exceptional modelling and numerical skills
- Strong academic background
- Experience working within a Restructuring, Deal Advisory or Financial Services Audit team in an accountancy/consulting firm
- Skilled in Excel with confidence in using advanced formula
- Prior Real Estate experience is advantageous
