Preparing offers and contracts of employment and collecting required documentation at offer stage.
Maintaining accurate HR records.
Interviewing and on-boarding new staff, supporting them through the process from start to finish.
Administering new starters, changes and leavers on the system.
Ensuring that compliance is achieved with regards to the checking and recording of Right to Works, Driving Licences and DBS checks.
To liaise with the Care Supervisor to ensure completion of Probation Reviews.
To monitor and assist the Care Supervisor with sickness and absence management.
To conduct Exit Interviews with all Leavers (where appropriate) to obtain an accurate record of the reason for leaving.
To assist the Care Supervisor with leading Investigation Meetings and Disciplinary Hearings as required.
Dealing with day-to-day HR queries ensuring that current policies and procedures are followed.
Assist in the development and creation of HR initiatives and projects, helping to drive their implementation across the business.
Reviewing policy and procedures where necessary and conducting HR compliance checks.
Supporting the Team with ad-hoc duties and administration.
Arrange in-house induction training and manage setting up meeting rooms
General administration tasks including printing, binding and photocopying
Assistance in administering information received from clients
Adding information to the Care Management system and Website as appropriate
Maintain files, records and databases.
Prepare reports, memorandums and correspondence.
Work closely with the Trustees and other senior members of staff to ensure that all everyday tasks are adequately completed
