Key objectives of the new Centre include producing excellent underpinning research into cultural transformation in uniformed public services, and adopting a strongly collaborative approach with local, regional, and national uniformed public services organisations to tacking issues around equality, diversity, and inclusion. The new Centre brings together the strengths of two of ARU\xe2\x80\x99s existing outstanding Research Institutes (the Veterans and Families Institute (VFI) and the Policing Institute for the Eastern Region (PIER)).About the Role:The Project Manager will be responsible for the effective delivery of research knowledge exchange and innovation projects within the centre but also working closely with the leadership and staff of our new Centre. The role-holder will help to manage, support and communicate with all major project stakeholders. The new Centre will have a strongly collaborative approach with local, regional, and national uniformed public services organisations to tackle issues around equality, diversity, and inclusion.
