HMP Lowdham Grange are recruiting for a Senior Administrator and Finance Coordinator to join their Administration team to cover a 12 month maternity leave. In this role you will have day to day control of all aspects of financial performance of Business Enterprises whilst maintaining the Health and Safety of the units. You will support finance tasks and facilitate the transfer of knowledge with both onsite finance and prisoner monies team to ensure business continuity. You will be proactive in ensuring that your areas of responsibility function efficiently and collaborate effectively with various prison departments and internal/external Sodexo vendors and suppliers. You will thrive in this key role across a variety of business operations including finance, accounts management, health and safety, maintenance, security and workshops. For more information on Sodexo Careers please visit Sodexo Careers Main ResponsibilitiesRegular accounts management through SAP to ensure that all accounts are correct for Business enterprises including revenue, labour costs, purchases, services, material costs and margins are allocated to the correct cost centres. Responsibility of carrying out purchasing for Business Enterprises, raising Purchase Orders to the correct quantities and prices with approved suppliers through SAP, the responsibility of a company Credit Card spends, allocation of spends and the security of the cardResponsible for the Health and Safety of Business Enterprises, managing Risk Assessments and SSOW ensuring they are relevant, in date and create new when required. Control of the maintenance and servicing of department machinery, liaising with the facilities department to arrange for engineers to attend site to ensure the machinery is kept in good working order and serviced when required and keeping up to date records of this.
