Salary (range) \xc2\xa322,369 - \xc2\xa324,054
Working Pattern: Monday to Thursday (office hours 09:00-17:30), Friday (9.00-16:40)
Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: Runcorn or Widnes and homeworking as required
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our agile and resourceful team. We are looking for a Senior Administration Officer who enjoys working in a varied and busy environment and has previous office experience.
You will be the principal administrator for the Halton Children and Young People Safeguarding Partnership (HCYPSP) providing support to our highly dedicated Business Team. The role will involve working closely and establishing productive relationships with a variety of agencies across the Local Authority. Other duties are varied, but include producing minutes for several committees, updating excel reports and providing administrative support for the Partnership\'s learning and development events.
You must have at least 12 months experience of notetaking and organising meetings as well as experience of undertaking a wide range of general office tasks. You should also have good IT skills and be able to work to deadlines. You will enjoy working in collaboration with colleagues, whilst also being able to work well independently.
