Job Description
P&O Ferries are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Accounts Payable Clerk for our office in Dover.
As the Senior Accounts Payable clerk you will play a crucial role within the finance department and you will be responsible for processing supplier invoices in a timely manner as well as assuring supplier accounts are kept in good order.

About the role:
Duties & Responsibilities
- Match invoices received to orders raised.
- Reconcile supplier statements on a regular basis.
- Manage the invoice scanning process.
- Liaise efficiently with external and internal customers including auditors.
- Process manual payments via HSBCnet and input to Coda.
- Complete period/month end PO accruals and aged Creditor reports
- Process all payment runs compliantly in Coda and upload to HSBCnet.
- Accounts Payable experience or Finance background
- Staff management experience or capability
- Computer literacy with an excellent knowledge of Excel
- Accurate, methodical attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
- Ability to work flexibly within team environment to assist with attaining departmental objectives.
