A position has arisen for a Accounts Assistant to work for well respected and forward thinking Main Dealership in LEEDS.
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, talented individual with a keen eye for detail, great problem solving skills and flair for accounts. You will preferably have experience working in an accounts department within the Motor Trade, although this is not essential. You will be confident and willing to undertake further training and development.
Supporting the accounts function in relation to banking, allocation of receipts, sales and vehicle ledger, credit control, purchase ledger reconciliation. The role holder will also assist in processing colleague bonus payments, providing assistance in the preparation of management accounts as well as additional ad-hoc duties.
The Accounts Assistant is fully responsible for keeping up-to-date on all new processes and procedures. And will efficiently handle administration related issues, in addition to reviewing and managing all appropriate system and non-system generated schedules and reports.
