Applications are invited for the post of Senior Academic Quality Manager (Partnerships) in the Academic Quality and Policy Office.
This full-time post provides an exciting opportunity to join a team of senior professional services staff who form part of the Student and Academic Services directorate and play a pivotal role in ensuring a consistent and joined-up approach to strategic quality management across the University and with collaborative partners. You will primarily support the work of the Head of Academic Quality and Policy and the relevant Pro Vice-Chancellors/Assistant Pro Vice Chancellors in academic quality management and enhancement, policy development, academic governance, and the application of academic regulations to the University\'s collaborative activities with external partners.
Applicants to this high-profile position should have a good understanding of current developments and challenges in Higher Education and proven experience of academic administration, excellent drafting skills, experience of servicing formal committees and experience of academic quality assurance and enhancement in relation to collaborative provision including apprenticeships. The role demands a high level of interpersonal skills as this is a post which involves considerable contact with academic and administrative staff across the University, with members of the Senior Management team and with external partners.
