Job Description
Job Title: SEND Teacher.
Salary/Rate: \xc2\xa3130-\xc2\xa3190 per day.
Location: Bolton
Milk education has partnered with a state-of-the-art special needs school with children ages 3-11. They are currently looking for a teacher who has 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience of working alongside pupils with autism as well as other complex care needs. The hours will be 8:30-3:30 and is 5 days a week in a full-time role which is term time only.
To be required you must:
- PGCE and QTS
- Have at least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working with pupils with complex care needs.
- Passionate working with neurodiverse pupils.
- Great understanding and relationship building with pupils.
- Fantastic organization and communication skills.
- The passion to change pupils\xe2\x80\x99 lives for the better.
- Behavior control and ability to make activities interesting.
- Having positive control of a small classroom\xe2\x80\x99s behavior.
- Planning lessons which contribute to each child\xe2\x80\x99s learning needs.
- Guiding children through the curriculum.
- Clear communication with the classroom assistants.
- Using safeguarding and safety policies in the environment.
