We are seeking and exceptional candidate to fill this new post. The successful candidate will:
be responsible for assessing the social care need and aspirations of children and young people who are not open to Children\'s Services;
complete good quality advices;
contribute to good quality education, health and care plans (EHCP0
signpost families to the Local Offer and other support pathways
The successful candidate will have the following attributes -
strong communications skills including the ability to communicate with children with special educational needs and disabilities, using a range of different tools;
the ability to build and maintain a strong professional networks with a wide range of partners including parents forums;
the ability to apply a child focused strength approach
good knowledge of the Local Offer
