Key Responsibilities - As a SEN Tutors

Personalised -

Deliver engaging, one-to-one lessons tailored to the specific needs of your students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Collaborate -

Work closely with families and teachers to create and implement individualized learning plans.

Monitor

Track student development, and provide constructive feedback to boost their confidence.

Qualifications - What Lexia Education Services require

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

A recognised teaching qualification is

required.

Passion

A genuine commitment to supporting students with diverse learning needs in education.

Experience

At least

3 years

of teaching experience (not essential).

Communication -

Strong ability to engage effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
