Job Title: SEN TutorSalary:xc2xa325 - xc2xa330 Per hourJob Duties:
Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities
Implement educational strategies and techniques to help students achieve academic goals
Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student learning
Required Qualifications:
Valid teaching qualification
Experience working with students with SEN
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
Education:Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant fieldExperience:At least 2 years of experience in tutoring or teaching students with SENKnowledge and Skills:
Understanding of SEN strategies and interventions
Knowledge of relevant educational policies and regulations
Ability to create engaging and effective learning materials
Strong organisational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs
Experience working in a school or educational setting
Working Conditions:
Part-Time hours, flexible schedule
Work primarily in a classroom or educational setting
May require travel to different locations within Oxfordshire
